Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with the results of your order. You may return any item purchased from us within 1 year of delivery for a full refund of product purchase price. And we are happy to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Are there restocking fees?
We do not believe in charging customers for returning items they are unhappy with, after receiving your items if you find you are not 100% satisfied, return them to us and we will take care of the rest.

What if I entered the wrong inscription or initials to be engraved in my order?
If you have submitted your order and realize you have entered the wrong initials or have mistyped your message, call us immediately and we will make the appropriate change to your order if possible. A correction on an order could delay completion, so we do recommend contacting us immediately so we may avoid any delays.

What if the item I bought is no longer available?
Items do come and go, but do not worry, we will work with you to make it right, either by exchanging for a comparable item or refunding your money.

What if I want to change what I had engraved - Is that covered?
If the item is exactly what you wanted, and we engraved exactly what you have asked, and now three months have passed and you would like to engrave a different name on it, we will have to decline acceptance of the return. After all, we did engrave exactly what you wanted, and it is the item that you wanted.
